Our teacher training program provides trainees with the skills and knowledge to become successful as EFL teachers. It is designed to help both prospective and experienced teachers. This program includes preparation for the Cambridge TKT (Teaching Knowledge Test) which contains all essential elements of teaching English. Students will also develop their own teaching portfolio to begin their journey of teaching excellence.
To develop confidence, skills, and tools to begin their teaching career, our teachers-in-training will first observe real classes, develop lesson plans and teach to their peers, assist a mentor teacher in an on-going class, and finally teach on their own to real students. Feedback will be given by a sponsor teacher. |

Students who are interested in attending Greystone College must be 18 years of age or older, and have completed Grade 12. International students must demonstrate a high intermediate level of English by completing our on-line assessment test and an arranged speaking interview. The interview may be done by phone. |
