Description:

Get a quick start in the welding field with entry level exposure to the trade. You'll learn basic welding theory and practical skills. By the end of the 16 week program you can challenge the first year apprenticeship exam.

Prerequisites:

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
    Grade 10 Math and English or a pass standing on the Alberta Apprenticeship Entrance Exam are required. A high school diploma is recommended.
