Gain the tools and expertise you need to become an occupational health and safety (OHS) professional. Develop an understanding of advanced safety-specific topics and meet a growing demand across industries.

You can choose to complete this certificate program on campus, through online courses, or through a combination of both modes.

Prerequisites:

    It is recommended that applicants have one the following:

    Option 1: Successful completion of Ryerson Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or its equivalent.
    Option 2: OSSD with six OAC credits or Grade 12 U or M credits, or equivalent, or mature student status, and five years of professional experience in a field relevant to occupational health and safety, plus successful completion of these courses:
