Description:Students who have obtained a three-year B.A. in English with an average of at least 70% in all required ENGL courses may be admitted to the diploma program. Students are required to take 30 credits, as specified by the department, to ensure that they complete the pattern of courses that fulfill the requirements for a four-year B.A. (Honours) in English. Therefore students must take appropriate courses to make up, along with their three-year degree credits, six credits from each of the four groups; six credits from any group; 12 credits of ENGL electives; ENGL 4105; and six credits of 4000-level courses. An overall average of at least 70% is required to obtain the Honours Diploma.
