Dorset College offers students the unique opportunity of completing a range of courses that are in most cases transferable towards a Bachelor's Degree at leading public Canadian or American universities, including Dalhousie University.
In most cases, after completing the required courses with Dorset College, qualified students can proceed towards completion of a Bachelor of Science degree at Dalhousie University within an additional three years. Students must complete the required courses at Dorset College with a minimum average of 65% in all classes and with a grade of no less than 55% in any one class. Students must also obtain a minimum average of at least 65% in English 100 and SCIE 1111. |

Students must possess a high school diploma and one of the following: completion of the University Preparation program at Dorset College, a TOEFL score of at least 550 (213 computer based), or a sufficient score on the University Transfer Program Entrance Examination. |
