Description:

Designed for existing managers and aspiring leaders in charities and other nonprofit organizations, this program gives you the tools to effectively and efficiently improve organizational performance.

This program features a unique blend of academic learning and practical skills. Your courses will focus on unique leadership skills for nonprofit managers, financial management skills, learning the art of people management in a volunteer environment, marketing, government relations, fundraising, and legal requirements and governance. All courses are offered online to give you the flexibility to study wherever and whenever you wish.

Prerequisites:

These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school.
    Prior to starting this program, it is recommended that students have successfully completed BC Grade 11 Math and Grade 12 English, at the C+ or better level (or equivalent).
    Additional Admission Requirements:
      Previous work experience in the voluntary sector will be advantageous, but is not required.
