Designed for existing managers and aspiring leaders in charities and other nonprofit organizations, this program gives you the tools to effectively and efficiently improve organizational performance.
This program features a unique blend of academic learning and practical skills. Your courses will focus on unique leadership skills for nonprofit managers, financial management skills, learning the art of people management in a volunteer environment, marketing, government relations, fundraising, and legal requirements and governance. All courses are offered online to give you the flexibility to study wherever and whenever you wish. |

Prior to starting this program, it is recommended that students have successfully completed BC Grade 11 Math and Grade 12 English, at the C+ or better level (or equivalent). |
