Jin Shin Do®, the Way of the Compassionate Spirit, is a unique synthesis of Oriental acupressure theory/technique, Western psychology, and Taoist philosophy. Developed by Iona Teeguarden, this modality works with the unity between body, mind, and spirit and is thus a bodymind acupressure method. This course includes: Acutheory and 45 point locations, emotional release methods, simple release methods for specific pains and tensions such as headaches, backaches, constipation, insomnia, fatigue, shoulder and neck tensions, and methods to help people enter a deep relaxation state.
