The Niagara Culinary Institute possesses an outstanding reputation with graduates, employers, and industry partners, and is situated in the heart of Niagara wine country's thriving hospitality industry. Today’s food service industry needs cooks and bakers for hotel kitchens, restaurants, cruise ships, and commercial and industrial catering organizations. As well, some graduates pursue related careers, such as food writing and food product development and sales. This program is offered at the Niagara-on-the-Lake campus with starting dates in September or January.
