|Description:||Imagine we knew enough about human behaviour to be able to predict, treat and even interrupt mental illness, abusive behaviour or addiction. Tyndale’s Psychology program will prepare you to make a difference by giving you a solid foundation in core areas, including behavioural, cognitive, personality, abonormal and social psychology. Faculty will support you to tailor your studies to your interests and career goals.
You will be studying in one of the few undergraduate programs in Canada that give you not only research opportunities, but practicum experiences as well. For example, work with special needs students, youth at mental health centres, or children with autism through the Tyndale Research in Autism and Community Education (TRACE). Conduct your own research as an honours student and get the rare opportunity to present your work at both national and international conferences.
