Description:

The Master of Theological Studies is a two-year interdisciplinary degree program designed for students preparing for further graduate work, for ministry, or for personal enrichment. In addition to the rich offerings of schools with which Grebel has entered into consortium-like partnerships. The Theological Studies program draws on the college’s academic strengths in theology, biblical studies, and church history, to foster and sustain the academic study of the beliefs and practices of Christianity, and particularly the Anabaptist/Mennonite tradition. Students may also draw on the college’s distinctive teaching and research areas of music and peace.

    Candidates for admission to the MTS program are academically qualified to pursue graduate studies. These are students with a four year honours BA, honours BSc, or equivalent degree from a recognized university or accredited liberal arts college, who have attained at least a 75 average in their undergraduate program.
