Description:

This program provides training in depth view of transferable skills and will prepare graduates with different courses by including the diverse components of Human Resources including legal environment, employment standard legislation, equity and human rights, self management, workforce diversity, and building employer-employee relationships. Bookkeeping and computerized accounting (Simply Accounting, QuickBooks, and ACCPAC) are vital courses taught in business administration. Also the Business Law course in the program includes contract law, business structure, tort law, workplace law, employment law, working conditions, equity and privacy in the workplace. Students will also learn Marketing and Human Resources as part of the career training of the Business program.

Graduates of the Business Administration diploma course program will have the skills and education to compete with graduates of other Toronto colleges and universities for prime employment positions.     Applicants must have an OSSD (ONTARIO SECONDARY SCHOOL DIPLOMA), or OSSD equivalent. Applicants must also have a mature student status (19 years and older).
    Test Scores:
    • Test of English as a Foreign Language (Computer Based) [min. 200] or Test of English as a Foreign Language (Paper Based) [min. 480] or International English Language Testing System (academic or immigration) [min. 5.0]
    Application Notes : All applicants whose first language is not English must demonstrate competence in the English language proficiency standard, through submission of an official score on written tests (TOEFL or IELTS).
