Description:Acquire your biggest asset: a firm foundation in global business practices that gives you the competitive advantage. Learn how to market goods, fund a business, lead others, work ethically, think big and work within a team, but above all focus on your career objectives. Get introduced to a range of different business areas and discover where your interests lie. Our program combines an in-depth knowledge of the business world with the hands-on skills necessary to lead and succeed. Upon graduation, you will earn an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration and Diploma in Business Administration.

Start with a foundation in the key areas of business. Courses in your first two years explore marketing, finance, logistics, communications, ethics, organizational behaviour, economics and accounting. In years three and four, you will build a more personalized curriculum. You can choose to focus your studies in one of six areas of emphasis or select a variety of courses reflecting a range of interests. Areas of emphasis are: Accounting; Finance; International Business; Management; Marketing; and Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. You will take part in up to 300 hours (minimum 100 hours) of workplace experience tailored to your goals.

As an Ontario high school applicant, you are required to have your Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). Your admission average will be calculated using your top six 4U/M courses including subject requirements. Estimated minimum range for admission is 75-80%. If your admission average does not meet the cut-off for the program to which you have applied, you may submit an additional Student Profile that may be considered if your average is within a discretionary range of the determined cut-off range (up to 5%). If you have an admission average of 70–74.9%, it is strongly recommended that you submit a Student Profile to be considered for admission. High school applicants from outside of Ontario, transfer applicants or international applicants should visit our website for admission requirements.
