Description:

The Mineral Exploration and Mining Technology program focuses on geology, mining methods, exploration technology, surveying, and computer applications for mining operations and mineral explorations. Students learn hands-on science and engineering skills, and complete an industry-standard report during the second year of the full-time program.

  •  Grade11 Chemistry 
  •  Grade11 Physics 
Applicants must have: two years of education in English in an English-speaking country with one of the following: English 12 (67%) or 3.0 credits of post-secondary English, humanities or social sciences (67%) from a recognized institution; Physics 11 (67%); Chemistry 11 (67%); and one of the following: Principles of Mathematics 12 (67%) or Pre-Calculus 12 (67%).
