|Description:||This one-year Ontario College Certificate program prepares students for a career in office administration support. Students develop office skills, learn administrative procedures, and study computer applications using Microsoft Office and other software packages. The program emphasizes the development of strong technical, communications, and human relations skills and includes courses in document production. In addition, students gain practical experience in the classroom through simulated office situations.
