- Master’s degree from an accredited institution in a healthcare-related field OR Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in a healthcare-related field PLUS at least 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related field
- Cumulative GPA of 3.0 in the accredited program
- Current licensure/certification or possess an Emeritus status in their respective field
