OCAD U offers various ways for students to fund their education. Check out the list below and for more detailed information, please visit our website.

  1. 1. Just getting started? We have Entrance Scholarships and Awards.

    First-time undergraduate applicants to OCAD U have a chance of receiving our entrance scholarships and awards, which are based on a combination of merit and your portfolio. No application is required!

  2. 2. Need help managing your finances? Check out our financial aid resources.

    Money Management doesn’t have to be difficult. Watch our CREATiveFund$ videos to help you on your financial journey. Before applying, use the OCAD U online cost calculator to estimate your costs at OCAD U. Speak to our financial aid advisors for further support.

  3. 3. OCAD U offers scholarships and awards opportunities to all its students.

    All current undergraduate students with strong overall grades will be automatically considered for In-Study Scholarships.

    In-Study Awards and Medals are available for our graduating students who have delivered strong studio and/or course work. Graduate Studies Awards are also available to those looking to pursue a master’s level (or equivalent) upon graduation from OCAD U.

  4. 4. At OCAD U, we offer bursaries to those with financial need.

    Bursaries are non-repayable awards given primarily on the basis of financial need and are intended to supplement, not replace, other sources of funding.

  5. 5. Last but not least, consider OSAP.

    The Ontario Student Assistance Program (OSAP) is to meant to assist full-time and part-time students meet the costs of post-secondary education.

    Good news! For the 2017/2018 school year, students will be eligible for free OSAP tuition as long as they meet certain criteria.
