Whether you want to study, intern, research, volunteer abroad - or participate in international learning at home - you will benefit from incorporating international learning experiences into your university career. For example, you may:

  • Develop intercultural skills;
  • Learn a new language;
  • Apply your learning in a new setting; and
  • Become a global citizen.

And Western is here to support you every step of the way. We offer more than $200,000 in financial support annually through the Global Opportunities Awards, and a new International Learning Award provides support for students going abroad in third year. Additional scholarship programs provide unique experiences in particular countries, regions or institutions.

Discover the opportunities we offer for you to make the world your classroom.
