As a new KPU student, you may think that life on campus is just about attending classes. But you can do much more than that: make new friends, try something new, share what you love, study hard, and stay active. Check out some of the activities you can take part in:

  1. 1. Being a KPU student comes with its perks. Why not bust some stress, tone your body, and have some fun at our Sports and Recreation Facilities? Play volleyball, badminton, basketball, soccer, ping pong and much more! Don't forget that you can work out at the gym - it's free for students.
  2. 2. Need a place to study? Go to the library and find yourself a quiet spot. Our librarians can help you find the resources you need. You can also get extra help at the Learning Centres and get tips and tricks to study, prep for exams, and get feedback on course assignments.
  3. 3. Go clubbing. Yes, you heard that right. KPU students have started over 40 clubs that you can choose from. Can't find a club that interests you? Start your own!
  4. 4. The Kwantlen Student Association has all sorts of events from movie marathons to city excursions. Student perks and discounts are also provided so go check out what they have to offer.
  5. 5. Go beyond the classroom. Gain experience and add something to your to your resume. In addition to work opportunities, you can volunteer for KPU's big events like Orientation, Open House, and Convocation.
