If you’re struggling to get out from under a small mountain of viewbooks, to navigate an endless sea of college and university webpages, or to decide which recruitment presentation connected most closely to you, you’re not alone. Choosing a school is difficult.

Find Your Fit
One of the best ways to find success at the post-secondary level is to follow your passion. Decide what resonates most with you, and chase it. We have an excellent catalogue of engaging programming at UNBC, including Accounting, Education, Social Work, Computer Science, Environmental Engineering, Psychology, Natural Resources Management, Health Sciences, and much more. For more information about our programs, please visit: www.unbc.ca/calendar/undergraduate/degrees

Visit
After you’ve decided what you’d like to study, you need to decide where you would like to study it, and the best way to get a real feel for a school is to visit. We’re so excited to meet you that we have a Student for a Day program in place for you! If you make the trip to Prince George, we’ll set you up with a full campus tour, a meeting with a Student Recruitment Officer, a meal (on us) in our dining hall, class time in your area of interest, and we’ll foot the bill! For more information please review the application or contact us at unbc4u@unbc.ca

Beyond Study
Studying is important, but so is fun, work, and resume bolstering. At UNBC you have access to more than 50 clubs (academic and non), many student employment options (including co-operative), and the opportunity to get involved with ground-breaking research as early as the undergraduate level. Make sure you take time to explore. Sift through program lists, check out clubs and teams, and take time to explore who you want to be and how you’re going to get there. Don’t hesitate to contact UNBC if we can help: via email at unbc4u@unbc.ca, visit us online at unbc4u.unbc.ca, or give us a call at (250) 960-6306.
