Take the Plunge…It’s Worth It

Your postsecondary experience is one that you will never forget! Coming to Seneca College was one of the best choices I have ever made. The teachers are amazing, the class sizes are perfect and everyone is so welcoming.

It took me well into my first year for me to realize all of that. If I could give you one piece of advice it would be to take the plunge and get involved as much as possible. I realised that coming to Seneca was more than just making the decision to come to an institution that could provide me with the best learning I needed for my future.

There are so many programs and organizations to be apart of at many different levels. Whether you are a varsity athlete or a great tutor, Seneca gives all students the opportunity to get involved. The first place you will want to visit is the Seneca Student Federation office or visit their website: http://www.ssfinc.ca/. They post all the events that they host throughout the semester as well as information if you are interested in joining their team.

Making the decision to get involved has made for the best college experience. I have made amazing friends and memories that will last a lifetime. Looking back, I wish I got involved much sooner and joined in on all the great things that Seneca has to offer.
