SHAKE IT OFF
Taking a break from the books to lift weights, go for a run, drop by a yoga class, or dance can be a great way to blow off steam, stay active, and meet other students. Check out drop in classes, intermural leagues, or on-campus fitness centres. The KPU fitness centre and studio is free for students with valid ID!

ASK FOR HELP
Need someone to review your paper? Looking for feedback? In search of study tips? Ask for help! Arrange a time to meet with your instructor during office hours or try peer tutoring. Every KPU campus also has a learning centre where students can access online and in-person tutoring services, get writing help, and participate in study workshops.

TALK IT OUT
Make an appointment to talk with a counsellor. KPU proudly offers free, confidential career and personal counselling services to students. Get support in your studies, discuss your academic and career goals, or talk through whatever else you want to. All counsellors have a minimum of a master’s degree in counselling and have been a university student—just like you.

DID YOU SAY KSA?
The Kwantlen Student Association (KSA) hosts many great events throughout the year at all KPU campuses, including Stress Relief Week! Get puppy cuddles with therapy dogs, grab some ice cream, connect with peer support and make new friends.
