In a rapidly changing world, you’ll probably have more than one career. You need a dynamic education where theory meets experience. Redeemer believes that learning outside of the classroom further equips you for life after university no matter which career path you choose which is why we put such an emphasis on experiential learning and co-op experiences throughout your studies.

After graduation, many students begin their job search. However, Robyn, a 2016 graduate, is already applying her knowledge in her new career as a client relationship manager in commercial banking. While still finishing her degree, she landed a management role in one of Canada’s leading financial institutions. Her co-op experience got her there.

One of the best ways is to choose an education that grows you within your field of study and stretches you beyond it. At Redeemer, our science students know how to write. Our business students know history. And our art students give presentations with confidence.

We send out critical thinking, well-rounded grads because we are a Christian liberal arts university. The most obvious expression of this is our new and exciting Core curriculum – a set of interdisciplinary courses every student takes. As your faith weaves through this dynamic education, you’ll earn a degree that gets you further, gives you more options and impacts all of your life.

The number of qualified graduates continues to grow, which makes standing out in the workforce crucial. Robyn had more than 16 months of relevant, professional experience at graduation. “I knew I had the technical skills to compete with graduates from any other post-secondary institution.”

A Liberal Arts education at Redeemer has benefits that pay immediate dividends as you enter the workforce and long after. You’ll find more than a future job. You’ll find your place in God’s world.
