At the University of Northern British Columbia in Prince George, BC, we believe that the application process should be short and sweet. For this reason, if you meet the minimum GPA requirements, you’ll be admitted into the general undergraduate program of your choice. Our competitive entry programs (such as Environmental Engineering, Health Sciences, Nursing), do have a “limited” admission process, due to space. We do recommend for students to apply before December 15th, so they may be considered for the early entrance awards. However, applications can be submitted before the following dates:

General Undergraduate (Domestic Students):
May Semester: March 01
September Semester: March 01
January Semester: November 01
Competitive Entry Programs
Environmental Engineering: March 01
Health Sciences: March 01
Nursing: March 31

High school students are admissible with the basic requirements of Grade 12 graduation, English 12, three approved academics, and a fifth course. Please note that there may be required courses, depending on your intended program of study.

Are you curious to see each program’s admission requirements, and/or recommended courses? No problem – we have you covered! We’ve developed a simple, easy to navigate webpage that allows you to review the programs, as well as the each program’s admission requirements. Check it out today, and be confident in your admissions application!
