An intimidating challenge for students coming out of high school is applying to universities. This time of year can be particularly unnerving, as it’s a waiting game to hear whether or not your application was accepted and if you have been admitted into your university of choice. Brescia University College is a university where the options for programs are limitless, and where there is always a choice. If your program of choice at Brescia doesn’t work out the way you might have thought, there are a variety of other options to choose from on campus. Having a backup plan at Brescia doesn’t necessarily mean that you are settling, it simply means you are exploring your options and leaving yourself open to possibilities.

Brescia offers a unique environment that encourages, shapes, and supports students to become successful leaders. With Brescia’s diverse programming and course offerings, as well as its intimate class sizes, it is hard not to get involved and find support. Brescia has four academic divisions to choose from; it also offers a unique Dimensions of Leadership Program, which challenges students to become leaders inside and out of the classroom. Students are encouraged to research and select a second program option, when applying to Brescia, in the event that the first choice might not work out.

At Brescia, we support and encourage your development as a leader, and provide various opportunities to get involved and hone your skills. You can increase your effectiveness as a leader with workshops and programs that provide hands-on learning opportunities, as well as peer coaching with the Leadership Development Program. In addition, you can participate in internships, or international exchange programs, to broaden your horizons and enrich your University experience. There is a multitude of possibilities!
