Scholarship Opportunities at One of the UK’s Top Modern Universities

For many students, attending university overseas can be an exciting opportunity to study in a whole different environment. However many are daunted by the cost of fees and concerns with taking on a hefty amount of student debt for fulfilling this dream. But with a little bit of investigating, students are likely to find a multitude of scholarships available to them from overseas institutions, Cardiff Metropolitan University, Wales UK being one of them!

Scholarships for Canadians!

There are a number of scholarships available to Cardiff Met students. For September 2014, students entering undergraduate programs here will be eligible to receive up to £3,600 in scholarships during their 3 years of study (£1,200 per year) reducing course fees to £8,500 per annum.

These are awarded automatically to Canadian applicants coming directly from the high school diploma based on averages beginning at overall score of 60% or above in 5 subjects at grade 12.

Students wishing to transfer into a Cardiff Met program

Students transferring credits from other universities or colleges into one of our routes of study will also be eligible for these scholarships.

And that’s not all…

We offer an Alumni Scholarship for students wishing to continue their studies and undertake one of our many Masters providing a further £2,000 reduction in course fees for staying here. So no matter which course you wish to pursue in our Schools of Art & Design, Education, Health Sciences, Management or Sport, you will be eligible for a Cardiff Met Scholarship when you join us this year.
