Urban Service Learning

One of the most enriching and memorable parts of the Booth UC experience is our unique Urban Service Learning program for all of our first-year students (excluding Social Work students who take part in practicums), which integrates academic study with community service. You’ll gain an in-depth knowledge of the causes of injustice, inequality and suffering around the world - while at the same time building self-awareness, acquiring experience and leadership skills, and making a meaningful difference in lives and communities.
