If you have completed your first degree at Middlesex and want to pursue a Postgraduate degree, it may be possible to receive an Alumni Bursary. In previous years bursaries have offered a 10% reduction in postgraduate tuition fees.

If you do not qualify for Middlesex University student awards, it may be possible to use Canada Federal Student Loans and Provincial Student Loans for study in the UK. These loans are dependent on financial need. If you think you may qualify go to the National Student Loans Service Centre. You can also find detailed information on the financial aid process from the Campus Access website.

In addition to the above, you may be entitled to Federal and Provincial Student Loans for study in the UK which are dependent on an applicant clearly demonstrating a financial need. Federal loans are handled through the National Student Loans Service Centre and Provincial loans are handled through the provincial governments and student aid branches. You can find detailed information on the financial aid process from the Campus Access website.

The UK Government and other organisations offer a number of scholarships and grants for overseas students to study in the UK. Chevening Scholarships are the UK government’s global scholarship programme, funded by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner organisations. The Scholarships are awarded to outstanding scholars with leadership potential. Awards are typically for a one-year Master’s degree. For information on applying for a Chevening Scholarship visit www.chevening.org.

For general information on funding for students from overseas, visit the British Council website. You can also find a comprehensive listing of other sources of funding for international students at The Council for International Education.
