A great school not only offers innovative, in-demand programs, it also offers students the support they need to succeed. At St. Lawrence College, you’ll not only get the training and skills you need to get where you want to go, you’ll also have access to student services designed to help you succeed:

STUDENT SUCCESS FACILITATORS
Student Success Facilitators provide support and resources to help students adjust to college life and achieve academic and personal goals.

ABORIGINAL SERVICES
Our Aboriginal Advisor assists students on all three campuses with any Aboriginal, transition, or College concerns, including information and support regarding financial aid opportunities.

FIRST GENERATION SERVICES
First Generation Students are those whose parents/guardians did not attend college, university or an apprenticeship program. Our First Generation Advisor understands the demands of each program and provides academic and social support, as well as financial guidance for First Generation students.

ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES
Educational support services are available for students with physical, learning, and mental health disabilities. We offer counselling, adaptive technology, learning strategies, accommodations, referrals, information about bursaries for students with disabilities, tuition subsidies, and more.

We also offer Peer Tutoring to any student who could benefit from extra help in a particular subject, and The Math and Writing Centre for students who want to improve or enhance their writing, math, or science skills.
