Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts’ intensive six- or twelve-month training programs start four times per year (Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall) and applications are accepted all year long. Our next Diplomas in Culinary Arts and/or Baking & Pastry Arts, Level 1 Certification in Wines from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and Food & Beverage Operations Management. Students of PICA are well rounded, ready to seek employment in the hospitality industry upon graduation and benefit from lifetime job placement assistance.
