Have you been so focused on a particular goal, that you really don’t know what your options are? Maybe you thought that you were going to study biology or become a great novelist. However, if those ‘dream’ doors aren’t yet opening for you, it doesn’t mean all the doors are closed.

The fact is, many students think they know what they want, but after a semester or a year, majors are changed. Post-secondary education is a new world for most – and keeping your options open will help your education and prepare you to be adaptable and ready for a career.

Tyndale University College created the Leading Edge program to help students who were ready for University, but weren’t quite sure where to focus.

The Leading Edge program allows you to be part of a unified cohort that takes a variety of university classes together and with other Tyndale students. In addition to pursuing university credits you will develop leadership skills by running church services, work with Urban Promise Toronto and experience a mission trip.

After you complete this one year program, you can transfer the courses to another university or if you decide to pursue a BA or BRE at Tyndale, this will be counted as your first year. University is a big part of your education; make sure you know your options.
