External organizations and private individuals sponsor awards, scholarships, and bursaries for this purpose. These awards recognize your academic excellence, community involvement, contribution to the quality of college life, outstanding achievement, and professional potential.

Scholarships and prizes are awarded on the basis of academic achievement while bursaries are given primarily based on your financial need.

ONTARIO FIRST GENERATION BURSARY
$2,500.00 bursaries available at each campus

St. Lawrence College is pleased to announce that the Government of Ontario has allocated funding to create a bursary fund for First Generation Students through the Ministry's Access and Opportunities Strategy. This bursary opportunity will provide direct support to students with financial need who are the first in their families to attend college.
