At the core of St. Thomas University’s small campus community are diverse and vibrant students with an appetite for adventure, hunger for knowledge, and passion to give back. STU students are dedicated volunteers, competitive athletes, political activists, writers, singers, and actors – there is a wide variety of ways to get involved on campus, in Fredericton, and beyond.

Life in residence is living with your best friends! Each residence has unique traditions, and starting on move-in day you’ll instantly feel like part of a family.

Cover campus news for The Aquinian, report for the New Brunswick Beacon, publish your poetry, prose, or photography in STUART, join Theatre St. Thomas on stage or backstage, or jam with STU Jazz.

Give back to the community by working on the Students’ Union, volunteering with Habitat for Humanity, Students for Sustainability, or one of our many other humanitarian groups. Join a political group or travel to Harvard with STU’s Model United Nations team. Sign up for an international exchange or volunteer abroad.

Whether you’re on the court, field, ice, track, or in the stands, Tommies varsity athletics give you a way to show your school spirit.

St. Thomas is unique in that our students are united in their common pursuit of the liberal arts. In and out of class, you will enjoy the support of a close-knit community, on a stunning campus, where professors are available to you.

Our size also means your voice will always be heard and opportunities are constantly presenting themselves to discover interests and take advantage of all the experiences STU has to offer. Join us on Facebook today!
