The application process can be daunting, especially if you don’t know which school you want to go to. The best thing to do is to narrow down your options to three or four schools you know you’d really like to attend. Then figure out which of the application processes overlap from those schools—like requesting for your transcripts to be sent—and be sure to do those at the same time. The application process at the U of S is broken down on our admissions website , under Steps to Become a U of S Student.

Deadlines are super important to find out. I recommend printing out a fresh calendar, or just use one that is lying around, and write all your application deadlines on it, using a different colour for each of the schools to which you’re applying. Then make sure you meet them. U of S deadlines are found on our admissions website , under Admission Deadlines, and it’s personalized so you can choose which description matches your needs best.

Every school has their own admission requirements, prerequisites and costs. At the U of S, the cost for applying is $90. Each college at the U of S has its own unique admission requirements and prerequisites, and those can be found online at our admissions website , under Admission Requirements, where you can choose which province you attended high school in, and the prerequisites are listed accordingly.
