Going back to school can be nerve wracking, especially if it is your first year. At St. Lawrence College, we look forward to meeting you this fall and will give you all the important information you should know to help make your first few days and year a success.

Orientation Day

As a first year student don’t miss Orientation Day on Tuesday, September 7.

The day includes an opportunity to meet and talk to your professors, learn about college activities and services like sports, clubs, student government, and other academic support services. You will also be able to take a campus tour.

During that first day, you’ll find out important information about your school and program, by chatting with your professors, support staff and upper year students. Best of all, you will meet your fellow students and start to build new friendships and relationships that could last a lifetime.   We also have planned activities throughout the week that you can choose to participate in.

ID Cards

At St. Lawrence College each student is issued an SLC ID card. The SLC ID card is an electronically validated access card which proves that you are a full-time student. Cards are available beginning the week of August 23rd.
