You can earn-while-you-learn with the Cook Apprenticeship program, or you can choose a program that offers paid summer placements at some of Canada’s top resorts and hotels including Banff Springs Hotel, Marriott Red Leaves Resort, Chateau Lake Louise and Deerhurst Resort. There are paid placement options in Culinary Management and Culinary Administration and Hotel and Restaurant Operations and Administration programs.
