Job hunting can be one of the most irritating experiences you will face. Countless interviews, rejection from hopeful opportunities, and the lack of income received. Depending on how qualified and experienced a person is, the Job hunting experience can last a lot longer for people. But there are ways to make this difficult process a lot easier. Confederation College offers a Career Services department that specializes in finding you a job.

Career & Placement Services provides assistance to students and graduates interested in obtaining full time, summer and part time employment. A variety of employment and placement services are available, at no cost, to employers seeking to meet their hiring needs. We also specialize in helping students build resumes and cover letters to help in getting a job. 

Through the use of these services, students and graduates are able to develop relevant job preparation skills. As well, by maintaining current employment information, we are able to assist students with pursuing employment opportunities. Employers are welcomed and encouraged to meet their hiring needs through the use of our many recruitment services.

Our online Job Bank gives students the opportunity to search for a job through a variety of categories. The categories are divided into the schools different programs, allowing students to find a job in their specific program.  Jobs are added and removed daily, giving only the most current available jobs publicity.   It can be accessed at www.confederationc.on.ca/jobbank.
